Collaborative Law
Why Collaborative Law?
Our law firm offers the Collaborative Law process as an alternative to the traditional
adversarial approach of litigation for family law issues. Collaborative lawyers on both
sides are trained and committed to cooperate with each other as they assist their clients
in resolving conflict, using cooperative strategies rather than litigation.
We believe that when the court system is modeled on the concept of "winners" and "losers" it
does not adequately serve the needs of families, especially those with children. The
collaborative approach offers a process by which all members of a family voice their needs
and have a hand in creating a long-lasting solution.
